The voices tell me if I write on The Wall it is a sin and I will contaminate myself
My intrusive thoughts scare me and the voices in my head tell me that if I don’t do a “ritual” in a specific way I will go to hell or something bad will happen. This is also related to writing this post as when I decided to write it, the voices told me that it is a sin to write on The Wall as I will contaminate myself.

Well done for defying the magical thinking and writing anyway Warren – this thing has a habit of spilling over into everything. It’s important we defy it whenever we can to demonstrate the dependencies are in fact false. Then we can remember that when it happens again and defy it more automatically. Keep it up buddy.
