This is Olivia having come out the other side of her battle with graphically violent intrusive thoughts. Because she is a cartoon the need for healing and recovery is shown through physical wounds, as if a physical fight had taken place. The extent of the injuries represent the equivalent of the internal ones felt after an OCD setback. Olivia (and I) have healed from every single episode. We have a 100% success rate!
