I am scared of my husband touching me because it doesn’t feel right

I have struggled with OCD since I was 10. Now 32, I know that the only thing this disorder has ever done is lie, distort the truth, and set off false alarms in my head. Because I have this knowledge, I am battling back to reclaim the area OCD has taken from me. OCD is incredibly pervasive and a master at distortion. But I can and will win; success is possible.
